I've been reading Dr. Norman Doidge's book How the Brain Heals. He has some amazing insights. He calls people like me 'neuroplasticians'. I think it's a great word. He tells a story about a woman visualizing pain centers in her brain shrinking. It worked for her. I say yes, visualization is a great way to build new healthy pathways. I like to use various pathways to get the brain engaged.
