I have a patient in a wheelchair due to an exploded brain aneurysm 2 years ago. When she came in initially in November 2015, she did not speak, she drooled a lot and had a difficult time swallowing fluids. She's been coming twice per week and I've seen slight gradual improvement in her pupillary responses and eye movement (which are great windows to some brain functions). However, over the course of the treatment, she has been using her left side of her body more, drooling much less and swallowing most of her fluids! But the biggest surprise came on Tuesday this week. When she came in she said "Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh and maaa, maaa, maaa." We are all delighted! Let's here it for neuroplasticity!
